Unequaled Customer Service
This company was exemplary in every way. They completely remanufactured our fiberglass pool. Drained, sanded, refiberglassed, repainted, new gelcoat, all new edging and tile and all new concrete pool decking. The workmanship was superb and the pool looked fabulous! A year and a half later some of the wall tiles became loose. I called and they were there the NEXT DAY. They retiled three (3) complete areas and finished in less than a full day. All of this work was done UNDER WARRANTY without griping, complaining or trying to weasle out of the work. This company has shown me integrity, honesty, and customer service that is unequaled.
Timely and Professional
This project was handled in a timely and professional manner from the start. Almost as comforting as the warranty are the words of reassurance and confidence in their methods that come from Oliver (owner and sales) and his father in law Martin (owner and hands on with the crews). I also received the same degree of care and reassurance from Gabriel Chairez (sales and crews supervisor). These guys have been at this for a long time and have a lenghty list of satisfied customers, me included now. I really believe their methods will succeed where others have failed. If they do fail, I am confident that they will be there to honor their word and warranty.

Texas Fiberglass Pools resurfaced my pool last year. I had received other bids but I chose Texas Fiberglass Pools because they were honest, extremely knowledgeable in their field, the pricing was fair and they delivered as promised. I needed it done quickly and they accommodated my schedule. Because of the excellent service, I decided to keep them for my regular pool service. They were not the lowest rate but they are fair and they do not nickel and dime me on repairs. My pool continues to look great!!! I highly recommend them.

Awesome work ethic and results
Texas Fiberglass Pools Inc. did an awesome job on our pool. We had several leaks, faded paint, bulges, etc. They were very prompt at showing up on time and also made sure everything was clean before they left for the day. I just had my old 1981 fiberglass pool totally โrenewedโ by Oliver and the great crews they have. I had a light removed, a new skimmer unit and drain installed, total sanding, repairing and gel coat. I highly recommend Texas Fiberglass Pools Inc. to anyone in Texas who needs fiberglass repair or resurfacing. Theyโre honest, trustworthy and hardworking and strive to make the customer happy. This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had with a contractor of any kind.
Wonderful to Work With!
Texas Fiberglass Pools was wonderful to work with! Our pool was an older gunite pool with tons of cracks. We were told, by the former owner, that the pool had been fiberglass resurfaced but we found out that it was not, in fact all they had done was paint the pool with fiberglass paint grrr. Good news Texas Fiberglass came to the rescue, they removed all the paint, repaired the cracks, and finished the pool with all new fiberglass. The new tiles and the rock surround all are beautiful and the redesigned spa spill over is perfect. After the cover comes off I'll send pictures. A+ for Texas Fiberglass!!
Our Pool is like new again!
We bought a home with a 15-plus year fiberglass pool that needed some TLC. They put a new layer of fiberglass over the entire pool and a fresh gel coat. Lines and structure were tested, which has given us great piece of mind. They replaced the aging pumps and filters. Basically, our pool is like new. Everything purrs and is ridiculously quiet compared to the old equipment. The new tile and pool look amazing.
